A teammate accuses you in a team meeting: 'You changed the client's requirements without telling us, and that's why we're delayed.' Write a concise spoken reply (8–10 short sentences) in English that paraphrases their concern, clarifies your actions, acknowledges impact, and proposes a collaborative next step.

Resposta esperada
I hear that you feel the requirements changed without notice. I’m sorry this caused delay and frustration. My understanding was that the client update applied to the next phase, not the current one. I communicated the change in the project chat and by email on Tuesday. Perhaps my message was unclear or missed; that was not intentional. To resolve this, I can summarize the changes now and share a clear timeline. Can we agree on who will confirm requirements with the client going forward? I suggest a short checkpoint meeting tomorrow to align and prevent further delays.
Explicação
A resposta aborda diretamente a preocupação do colega, mostrando empatia e compreensão.
